This report quantifies your lawn’s impact for your specific area and mix, using published figures from Tier-1 authorities, and presents it in a format you can attach to an HOA request, a school project, an ESG or sustainability report, or a rebate application.

Every recommendation here is held to the same standard as our seed range. For an impact report, credibility is everything, so every figure is attributed to a named authority — UMD and other extensions for nitrogen fixation, EPA WaterSense for outdoor water use — and presented as a clearly-labelled estimate, never an inflated claim.
We deliberately use conservative, defensible figures. A report that overstates your impact helps no one when a board or funder checks the math. And we will tell you honestly when an eco-lawn is or is not the right fit for your site or your goal, because a lawn that fails, or an application that was never going to be approved, helps no one.
